OUR SERVICES
Receiving – from “bingo sheets” to comparing orders and real-time communication TWIG will inspect materials for completion of shipment, freight damages and/or shortages within 24 hours of delivery. In most markets, we partner with existing relationships to foster continuity, cost efficiencies, and best practices to ensure the level of detail and execution at the time of receiving is achieved and communicated to our customers. This process is also performed on direct shipments to job sites.
Delivery – working closely with all parties involved for timely delivery, TWIG will consistently monitor the requirements and coordinate with all trades and partners for efficiencies in time and care of materials. Maintaining a clean and productive job site, safe and clear paths for all trades, with working together to achieve the best possible results is our goal.
Installation – An executive sponsor will be the P.O.C. of every project and in most cases present on the job site. Our company is founded on the entrepreneur spirit with each member driven to manage, deliver, and execute as if your project was their own. With many of our leads sponsored, certified, and trained by these manufacturers, we promise to have the right person leading the team. Our core business is installing for the best and being the best installation team available. Communication with other trades to stimulate coordination, fosters excellence and met expectations and is the key to a successful project.

We are the company construction firms are desperate to work with. By offering streamlined communication and acting as a subcontractor under the GC, it is a win-win situation. Communication, coordination, and logistical benefits will be apparent to the bottom-line for the construction industry. We are the first contact when a GC needs competitive pricing for services ranging from traditional drywall to pre-fabricated demountable wall systems.

Over the course of a 35-year career in the Office furniture Industry. Mike has had the benefit of working with Installation teams, Manufacturers, General Contractors, Project Managers, Architects, and Designers. He also worked with Dealer Partners to delivery successful projects big and small to numerous clients. Progressively, Mike has accumulated an extensive knowledge in the furniture and construction industry. He has done this throughout his career as an Installer, Project Manager, Sales, VP of Sales, Manufacturers Representative, Sales Manager, Dealer Principal, and Entrepreneur.
Mike’s passion is the driver for each projects success through planning & communication, he ensures projects are seamless, and he focuses on complete customer satisfaction.
Michael VanDonkelaar
With an extensive career in all facets of Installation, Juan joins TWIG after over 20 years in the industry. Juan’s keen eye for the details, numerous projects completed, including architectural walls, systems furniture, raised flooring, sound masking, acoustical panels and passion for teaching others will be instrumental to our growth. TWIG strives to invest in our team thru training and certification and Juan is versed in numerous manufacturers. Certified in CPR, OSHA 10 and Class 7 forklift ensures safety on your jobsites.
